The Roseland Centre is a perfect place to host your residential experience, connect to the beautiful, natural surroundings through activities and exploration or to hire room space for your own, special, personal event.

- Accessible ramp, (1893 dormitory fire escape).
- Central heating throughout.
- Double to triple glazed windows.
- Dedicated wet weather drying store.
- Large fridges and separate chest freezer.
- Two accessible wet rooms.
- Two dedicated Group Lead double bunk dormitory-style bedrooms.
- Fully-equipped commercial kitchen and worktop extras.
- Plates, bowls, cups and cutlery supplied.
- Dedicated dining hall with folding tables and chairs, (dining x34 guests).
- Outdoor green space with firepit, swings, nature pond and voluntary led Community Garden.
- Door entry security chimes.
- Onsite, private parking for 6-7 cars or two 16 seater minibuses.
- Communal, multi-use room with fixed projector, (HDMI), whiteboard, comfy sofas and big bean bags.

RESIDENTIALS: We are committed to providing schools and youth groups with a unique and memorable experience, encompassing safe, enjoyable outdoor learning and play, creativity, team-bonding and adventure based challenges with time and pace to reflect and absorb our unique location. Our bespoke programs will offer both on and off-site activities, taking full advantage of the nearby river Fal, local beaches, and the surrounding Roseland Peninsula.
HIRE: If you have a personal idea and need to hire our dedicated room space, Centre facilities or outside “Green Area” for birthday parties, AGM’s, scout/girl-guide gatherings, community/training events, meetings, art classes or just a group getaway, please do get in touch. WHERE WE ARE: Nestled into the heart of The Roseland Peninsula, (an AONB, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), we sit above the creeks of the River Fal and surrounding Cornish coastline and countryside. With St Mawes and Portscatho on our doorstep, our Centre is located conveniently within St Just-in-Roseland, a very quiet and tranquil village not far from The King Harry Ferry.
